Six new COVID-19 cases were reported in the tri-county area with two new cases in Marshall County and four new cases in Starke County. There were no new cases reported in Pulaski County.
The new cumulative total of COVID-19 cases in Marshall County is 1,030. Starke County is up to 278 overall cases and Pulaski County is holding at 114 cases.
The Indiana Department of Health announced that 1,171 additional Indiana residents have been diagnosed with COVID-19 with an additional 13 deaths.

Of the schools reporting COVID-19 cases on the state’s dashboard, there is not much of a change from Wednesday’s report. Statewide, there are 1,676 total overall student cases, 335 total teacher cases and 343 total staff positive cases.
Locally, there are less than five cases at most of the school corporations reporting to the state. Several have no cases of COVID-19. The information can be found on the state’s dashboard at www.coronavirus.in.gov.
