The Plymouth Clerk-Treasurer’s Office will be closed until further notice due to COVID-19 exposure.
To make utility or other payments, residents may utilize the city’s online payment option at http://plymouthin.com/index.php/ or use the drop box at the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office on the north side of the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street.
