The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet tonight where they will open quotes for a new dump truck as requested by the Plymouth Cemetery Superintendent.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi will present an executive order concerning 1210 N. Walnut Street and the ratification of an executive order that modified operations at the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office due to COVID-19.
Clerk-Treasurer Jeanine Xaver will bring forward a request from Laura Mann to place a barn quilt design on the Plymouth City Building.
The Plymouth Board of Works and Public Safety members will meet at 6 p.m. tonight followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m.
The Plymouth City Council members will consider a job description for the newly-created Human Resources Manager position. They will also consider ordinances that address the water and sewage rates for the City of Plymouth and for appropriations and tax rates for 2021.
A resolution that approves the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission’s manufacturing center lease is also on tonight’s agenda.
More discussion is planned on health insurance, a proposed ordinance prohibiting parking in front yards, a BIS quote, and projects within the Marshall County Crossroads Regional Stellar Communities Initiative.
Both meetings will be held in the second floor Council Chambers room in the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street in Plymouth. Those planning to attend the meeting should enter the building at the Garro Street entrance.
