Early voting in Marshall County continues to shatter records from past elections.
As of Friday afternoon, 2,967 mail ballots had been mailed to voters that requested them and 2,362 of them have been returned to the Clerk’s Office. The deadline to request a mail ballot was Thursday, October 22.
The number of walk-in early voters was at 3,745 on Friday afternoon.
Residents can continue to vote early in person Saturday, October 24 and Saturday, October 31 at The Pines building at 1754 W. Plymouth Street in Bremen, the Culver Community Schools Administration Building on School Street in Culver and the Marshall County Clerk’s Office on Madison Street in Plymouth from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Voters can also vote in person Monday through Friday next week at the Marshall County Clerk’s Office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The last day to vote early in person is Monday, Nov. 2 from 8 a.m. to noon.
