The Indiana Department of Health announced Tuesday that 990 additional individuals in the state have been diagnosed with COVID-19, while another 30 Hoosiers have died from the virus.
Locally, Marshall County had six new cases for a new total of 1,077, Starke County had two new cases for a total of 291 and Pulaski County reported one new case for a new total of 117.
Patients are in varying stages of fighting the virus and recovering from the virus. Thirty-three people have died from COVID-19 in the tri-county area.
Marshall County recorded 68 new COVID-19 tests on Tuesday while Starke County recorded 15 and Pulaski County had nine.
