Bremen, Plymouth Police Officers Receive Traffic Safety All-Star Award

Two officers from Marshall County were the recipients of the first-ever Traffic Safety All-Star award.

The award is given to an officer who has made at least 20 operating while intoxicated arrests in the previous year and participated in one of the state’s targeted enforcement campaigns.

In 2019, Trent Stouder from the Bremen Police Department had 24 arrests, and Jerrid Arnold from the Plymouth Police Department had 40 arrests.

The Traffic Safety All-Star awards program was created by Indiana Criminal Justice Institute as a way to recognize law enforcement officers who go above and beyond to keep communities safe by working to combat impaired driving.
