The Bourbon Town Council members approved trick-or-treat hours during their last meeting.
They agreed to allow the event on Saturday, October 31 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. If there are community members who do not want to participate, they are asked to leave the porch lights off to indicate that they are not going to pass out candy to children. For those residents who are going to participate, the town council members ask that they participate in social distancing guidelines and take other necessary precautions to keep everyone safe during this health pandemic.
