More Marshall, Starke, Pulaski County Residents Test Positive for COVID-19

New COVID-19 cases continue to be reported in Marshall, Starke, and Pulaski counties. Another seven Marshall County residents have tested positive, according to Monday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health. That brings the county’s total to 965.

Starke County had another three cases for a total of 230, while Pulaski County added two cases for a new total of 113.

According to the state’s ZIP code breakdown, the Plymouth area continues to see the highest concentration of COVID-19 cases locally with 591 cases. That’s two-and-a-half percent of the ZIP code’s total population. Other areas where at least one percent of the population has tested positive include the Bremen, Knox, Culver, Lakeville, Bourbon, Argos, and Francesville ZIP codes

The state as a whole reported 755 new positive cases for total of 106,540. Two more Hoosiers are confirmed to have died for a total of 3,215.
