A Kokomo man was injured in a single vehicle accident on U.S. 31 in the Argos area just before 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 6.
Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department say that 43-year-old Harold Handy was driving a black 2005 Chevy Silverado on U.S. 31 south of Kenilworth Road when the vehicle traveled into the median, rolled, and came to rest in the northbound driving lane of U.S. 31 facing north.
Handy was airlifted from the scene for treatment at a South Bend hospital.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by the Argos Police Department, Argos EMS, Argos Fire Department, Fulton County Medics, and Samaratin Medivac.
