The total number of COVID-19 case numbers in Starke County has surpassed 200.
In Friday’s report from the Indiana State Department of Health, it showed Starke County with a new overall total of 202 which is an increase of three from Thursday’s report. Marshall County had an increase of six for a total of 877 while Pulaski County’s total case count is holding at 93.
Patients are in varying stages of fighting the virus and recovering from the virus. Thirty people in those three counties have died of COVID-19. No new deaths have been reported.
The Indiana State Department of Health announced that 832 additional residents have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Another 11 people have died from the virus in the state. Statistics are reported based on when data is received by the Indiana State Department of Health and occurred over multiple days.
