The number of positive COVID-19 cases in Marshall County has reached 800, according to Thursday’s report from the Indiana State Department of Health.
Marshall County had 801 cases in Thursday’s report which is an increase of six from Wednesday. Starke County’s total case count increased by one to 181 while Pulaski County’s case numbers increased by two to a new cumulative total of 82.
There were an additional 1,046 cases statewide in Thursday’s report which brings the state total to 77,565.
No new local deaths were reported, but the state recorded an additional 20 people who died of COVID-19 over multiple days.
Almost 878,000 tests have been reported to the Indiana State Department of Health.
