
A Plymouth man was taken into custody on Sunday afternoon after allegedly causing damage to a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department squad car.
Plymouth City Police Department officers were called to a residence on Holloway Drive after a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department officer said that he had 30-year-old Bruce Stanley in custody. Police say Stanley punctured all four tires on the squad car and threw a hammer through the windshield.
Stanley was transported to the Marshall County Jail and faces preliminary charges of criminal mischief and felony intimidation. He has a cash bond of $3,005.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
