The Northern Indiana Food Bank will be in Culver on Thursday, July 2 with a mobile food pantry from 10 a.m. to noon ET.
Fresh perishable items and dry goods will be offered free of charge in the northwest parking lot at the Culver Community High School. All items are pre-boxed and pre-bagged and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Up to 400 households that experience a need can take part while supplies last. One box will be available per household.
This is a drive-thru event. Residents can remain inside the vehicle, pop open the trunk, and the items will be loaded into the vehicle. An area will be available to load items if the trunk does not open.
