Four Indiana State Police Bremen Post Troopers Celebrate 25 Years of Service

Four graduates of the 52nd Indiana State Police Recruit Academy and current troopers of the Indiana State Police Bremen Post are celebrating 25 years of service to the community.  They all graduated on June 4, 1995. 

Lieutenant Chad Larsh

Lieutenant Chad Larsh has served at the Bremen Post for his entire career.   During his time with the Indiana State Police, Larsh has served as a Field Training Officer (FTO), been on the Emergency Response Team (ERT), served on the Honor Guard, and has been very involved in the Marijuana Eradication Program.

Sergeant Bruce Duhaime

Sergeant Bruce Duhaime came to the Bremen Post after serving at the Toll Road Post for his first two years as a trooper.  During his time with the Indiana State Police, Duhaime served on the Emergency Response Team (ERT), been involved with the Marijuana Eradication Program, served in the Honor Guard, and was also in the motorcycle program and certified in the High Performance Vehicle Program.  Duhaime has been a Field Training Officer (FTO), Crash Reconstructionist, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and been actively involved in teaching at the Indiana State Police Academy.

Sergeant Maurice Williams
Sergeant Maurice Wilkins

Sergeant Maurice Wilkins served at the Toll Road Post and then went to the Lowell Post in 2003 before he was later assigned to the Bremen Post in 2008. During his time with the Indiana State Police, Wilkins has served as a Field Training Officer (FTO), Field Training Officer Coordinator (FTOC), Advanced Crash Investigator, Special Projects Coordinator, and INDOT District Coordinator.  Wilkins is an Indiana State Police Command School graduate and Reid School certified and currently attending the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Commander School.  Wilkins also served his community as a high school football coach for many years.

Master Trooper Brooks Shirk

Master Trooper Brooks Shirk has spent his entire career serving at the Indiana State Bremen Post.  Shirk has also spent his entire career serving the citizens in Kosciusko County.  He has served on the Tactical Intervention Platoon (TIP) and spent time in investigations as well as assisting the Bremen District in Marijuana Eradication efforts.
