In Sunday’s report from the Indiana State Department of Health, it showed another increase in positive COVID-19 cases in Marshall County and Starke County.
Another 13 positive COVID-19 cases were reported in Marshall County to bring that total to 557 while Starke County’s case number increased by four for a new total of 108. Pulaski County remains at 66 positive COVID-19 cases.
The state as a whole had 560 additional cases of COVID-19 for a total of 51,612. Four more people in the state have died from COVID-19. None of those were reported locally.
According to the Regenstrief Institute, 77 percent of those diagnosed with COVID-19 in the state have recovered and 18 percent are active cases. Five percent of those who had COVID-19 have died.
