Marshall County’s COVID-19 Case Count Surpasses 300

The number of Marshall County residents who’ve tested positive for COVID-19 has now surpassed 300. Marshall County’s case count is at 301, according to Sunday’s report from the Indiana State Department of Health. That’s an increase of 16 from the day before.

Pulaski County reported one new positive case, bringing the total up to 53. Starke County’s case count remains at 51. None of those three counties reported any new deaths.

The state as a whole has had 2,240 COVID-19 deaths, while Indiana’s total number of cases is approaching 40,000. The Regenstrief Institute believes that almost 75 percent of the state’s COVID-19 patients have recovered.
