The John Glenn School Board will meet tonight where they will consider the replacement of the High School gym floor and the bleachers.
Superintendent Christopher Winchell told the John Glenn School Board members in April that there is a termite infestation in the gymnasium which has caused some weak spots in the floor. In addition to the gym floor, the school board members will consider replacing the bleachers to better meet ADA standards.
The school board also anticipates approving a bid to repair the Urey Middle School roof. The project was previously considered as a Capital Project.
The 2020-2021 food procurement bids will be reviewed as well as out-of-district transfer requests.
The superintendent will also provide updates to the school board during tonight’s meeting that begins at 7 p.m. in the administration building on the campus of the John Glenn High School.
