The newest officer for the Bremen Police Department is set to finish the Law Enforcement Academy this week.
Bremen Police Chief Brad Kile told the Bremen Town Council members last week that Trent Miles will be wrapping up his Academy training at the end of this week and will be on solo patrols following a briefing after he returns.
Miles has been doing a lot of the training online due to COVID-19. He was hired by the town council in 2019 after an opening on the force was advertised. Miles entered the police academy at the beginning of the year.
