Plymouth Man Arrested following Friday Morning Traffic Stop

Marshall County Police say a Plymouth man with a suspended driver’s license was driving while twice the legal limit for alcohol while also in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Officers say they pulled over a Ford F250 just after midnight Friday at the Autozone parking lot on North Michigan Street in Plymouth.

The driver, Justin Lee Gibbs, 31, was reportedly taken to the hospital for a certified blood draw and then taken to the Marshall County Jail for allegedly operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering, possession of marijuana, and driving while suspended-prior.
