Garage sales can begin again in Marshall County starting today.
Governor Eric Holcomb lifted certain restrictions on outdoor activities today, but health officials ask that garage sale hosts and customers keep social distancing guidelines as part of the activity.
Marshall County Health Administrator Ashley Garcia recommends that hosts post signs encouraging social distancing, set up tables and chairs at a distance of six feet, use tape to form a flow for customers to follow, ask customers to stand in a line to keep a social distance, clean all tables and chairs several times during the day, make sure all merchandise is disinfected, wear masks at all times, and have hand sanitizer available for customers.
