The National Weather Service continues to predict flooding along local rivers. The Kankakee River at Davis is predicted to reach the minor flood stage Monday afternoon and crest Tuesday morning. Minor flooding is also predicted at Dunns Bridge starting Wednesday evening.
The Tippecanoe River at Ora is now at the action stage. It’s expected to reach minor flood stage Tuesday evening and crest just below moderate flood stage on Friday. Minor flooding is now predicted for Winamac starting Thursday.
At this point, the National Weather Service expects the Yellow River to remain below flood stage.
