The Culver Community School Board members were notified of a donation this week to help with negative lunch balances.
Superintendent Karen Shuman said the donation was to help accounts prior to the school shutdown due to COVID-19. The First National Bank of Monterey donated $3,820.75 to help students keep up on their balances.
The school board unanimously accepted the donation during their meeting Monday night.
