The Indiana State Department of Health announced on Wednesday that 409 more residents have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at the Indiana State Department of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and private laboratories. Those tests were conducted between March 29 and May 12.
The running total of positive COVID-19 cases is up to 25,473.
Wednesday’s report shows that another 38 people have died from COVID-19 which brings the total to 1,482. The new reported deaths occurred between April 22 and May 12.
To date, 154,083 tests have been reported to the Indiana State Department of Health.
Marshall County reported another positive COVID-19 case which brings the total to 37. Starke County reported two more cases on Tuesday which brings the total to 24. Pulaski County remains at 34 positive cases.
The numbers provided are a running total. Information on how many people have recovered from COVID-19 is not available in the report.
