A ninth COVID-19 case was reported in Starke County Saturday night.
Starke County Health Nurse Frank Lynch says the patient is self-isolating at home and no other information will be released due to privacy laws.
Lynch noted that the Health Department is working closely with local and state officials to ensure that the contacts of the patient have been notified and monitored. All infection protocols are being followed as they continue to investigate the case.
Marshall County cases rose to 14 on as Indiana State Department of Health officials released state information Saturday morning. Pulaski County is still reporting only one positive COVID-19 case.
