Marshall County Tax Bills Mailed this Week

Property tax statements are in the mail to Marshall County residents.  Treasurer Angie Birchmeier said the due date is May 11.  Due to theCOVID-19 pandemic, penalties will be waived for 60 days for property taxes paid after May 11.

The Marshall County Building is currently closed to the public.  Payments may be accepted through the U.S. mail with a check, money order or cashier’s check.  Residents can also pay online at www.co.marshall.in.us by clicking on property taxes.  Credit or debit cards may be used where convenience fees may apply.

Property tax payments may be also be dropped off in a locked dropbox at the north and south entrances of the Marshall County Building.  The boxes are located between the doors in the vestibule and are checked several times a day.

During this uncertain time, Birchmeier invites residents with concerns to call her office at 574-935-8520.
