A fundraising campaign called “Fund the Essentials” will be launched on Wednesday, May 29 in an effort to raise $400,000 to help Marshall County residents with food, housing and utility assistance.
The Marshall County Crossroads Regional Stellar Communities Initiative team is teaming up with the Marshall County Community Foundation and the United Way of Marshall County in this campaign. The basic shutdown of the economy due to COVID-19 has led to many families struggling with loss of pay and businesses with loss of revenue. This is to help the communities in Marshall County get back on track.
Donations can be made online at www.marshallcountycrossroads.com from Wednesday, April 29 through the month of May.
