City of Plymouth Restricting Public Access

Effective Wednesday, March 18, the City of Plymouth is restricting all public access to city buildings, and all programs by the City of Plymouth Parks Departments are suspended as city officials respond to action regarding COVID-19.

The restrictions will be reevaluated on April 6 to determine whether or not to extend the procedures.

Each city department will remain operational, but will restrict public access.  Staff members will address questions or concerns by phone, email or appointment only.

Utility payments or other transactions should be made by using the drop box or online payment system.

City of Plymouth public meetings will be conducted as usual, but can be watched on Facebook live by accessing the city’s Facebook page.

All city parks and open air shelters will remain open and can be used at the public’s discretion.  The Webster Center and Conservation Clubhouse will be closed.

Emergency services will remain in operation as well as trash, recycling, water, sewer, and maintenance of streets and sidewalks.
