The Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program is celebrating its 30th anniversary today!
CASA volunteers will gather at the Indiana State House today for CASA day. CASA volunteers work on behalf of abused and neglected children in the court system. There are approximately 4,500 CASA volunteers in 69 programs serving 86 Indiana counties. In 2019, CASA programs advocated on behalf of 24,340 abused and neglected children.
A celebration is today at noon ET in the Indiana State House and will feature comments from Chief Justice Loretta Rush.
