While police were investigating a rollover accident in Marshall County Friday night, the driver was arrested after he was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department say that 50-year-old Bryan Cecrle was in an accident in the area of 5th Road and Underwood Road in Marshall County. Cecrle was transported to the hospital for a certified blood draw where he was reportedly found to be over the legal limit of alcohol.
Cercle was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more and operating while intoxicated endangering. He later bonded out of jail on a $1,505 cash bond.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
