The Triton School Board reviewed the 2020-2021 school calendar last week.
The first student day is scheduled for Aug. 5, fall break is Oct. 19-23, and winter break will be Dec. 21-Jan. 4. Spring break in 2021 is set for March 19 through March 29, the last student day is May 28 and Commencement is tentatively set for June 6.
The board approved the calendar as presented.
Riffle indicated that the school board may push the start of school back one week in the 2021-2022 school year, but formal discussions on that have not been taken place.
The board did give approval to have administrators start working on the summer school calendars.
