The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members were asked to approve a portion of the final payment to the contractor working on the River Gate South apartment complex project, but they denied that request in a special meeting on Tuesday night.
City officials say there is a long list of punchlist items that have not been completed. The list was reportedly produced several months ago with no action on those items.
The commission members denied a similar request in January.
Officials plan to create a schedule for the contractor and create a deadline of when those items should be done.
