A Plymouth man is suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol following an accident investigation on Saturday morning in Marshall County.
Police say they arrived at the scene shortly after 10:30 a.m. where the found that a single vehicle crashed into a utility pole in the 8,000 block of U.S. 6 in Bremen. According to the report, police suspected that the driver, 24-year-old Trevor Roth was under the influence of alcohol. After more investigation, Roth was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .15 or higher.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
