The Bourbon Town Council members recognized two reserve officers this week for their service to the town.
Reserve officers volunteer their time to help keep the town safe. They need to volunteer at least eight hours a month to keep up with certifications, but officers Ray Gleason and Nick Spangle have exceeded that time to help the town.
The officers received official paperwork commending them of their efforts.
