Three people were arrested in Plymouth on Wednesday following the execution of a search warrant.
Police say UNIT officers, assisted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and the Plymouth Police Department, conducted a search by authorization of a warrant in an apartment at 816 N. Plum Street in Plymouth.
Officers reportedly located several ounces of marijuana, numerous controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, digital scales and packing material, as well as loaded handgun. Cash was also seized totaling several hundred dollars.
As a result, Plymouth residents 25-year-old Joshua Russell, 19-year-old Josiah Webster and 23-year-old Josiah Abair were arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of dealing in marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance with a $1,500 cash bond.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
