A stage production depicting the process of rehabilitation and gaining a purpose while incarcerated is set for Sunday.
The production was written by cast member and former DOC inmate Antrone Crockett. It shows how inmates find a sense of redemption while incarcerated for a period of time and the struggles of re-entering the community. Several of the actors in the play are currently serving sentences. It is about self-reflection and redemption.
The play begins at 2 p.m. at the Plymouth High School Auditorium. A free will donation will be taken at the door to help David’s Courage and the Neighborhood Center. A feedback and question-and-answer session will follow.
