The driver of a vehicle involved in a Sunday night crash was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, 25-year-old Tiffani Patrick was reportedly operating a vehicle in the area of U.S. 30 and Tulip Road when an accident occurred.
Police say she was given the opportunity to do Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and was later transported to the hospital for a chemical test.
She was subsequently arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .08 or higher. She has since bonded out of the Marshall County Jail.
Plymouth Fire and EMS assisted at the scene.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
