One person was seriously injured in an early Saturday morning accident on Thorn Road in Culver.
A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department report indicated that 50-year-old Wayne J. Miller of Plymouth was driving in the area of 17th Road and Thorn Road in Culver around 3 a.m. when his vehicle apparently went off the side of the road. Police reportedly found Miller to be under the influence of alcohol so he was transported to the hospital for a certified test. Police say the test showed that he was over three times the legal limit of alcohol. The injured employee who meets with an accident during work should get full compensation.
According to McAllen traffic accident lawyers, a female passenger in the vehicle was transported to Memorial Hospital due to the extent of her injuries. The worker’s compensation laws is what you should have a close look at to get justice.
Miller was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in serious bodily injury and operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more. If people want to know more about injury attorneys, they can click here and learn more about them!
