The Plymouth City Council reorganized when they met for their first meeting of the year on Monday night.
Don Ecker, Jr. was retained as the Mayor Pro Temp for 2020. They agreed to set the meeting dates and times the same as in previous years. The Plymouth City Council will meet on the second and fourth Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street. The only conflicting date is Memorial Day, Monday, May 25. In that case, the meeting will be moved to the following day at the same time.
The city council members also approved conflict of interest forms from Councilman Greg Compton and Councilman Randy Longanecker who declared their respective employment as possible conflicts.
In addition, the council members accepted a $200 donation to the Fire Training Tower from Vickie and Billy Ellinger.
