Emergency Responders Called to Chain Reaction Accident Involving School Bus

A four vehicle accident involving a Plymouth Community School Corporation bus on Tuesday afternoon did not send any drivers or passengers to the hospital.

Emergency responders were called to the scene shortly after 3 p.m.  Plymouth Police say a Plymouth Community School Corporation bus driver looked in his mirror to tell a child to sit down and when he returned his sight in front of him he apparently saw a vehicle stopped in front of him and couldn’t avoid a collision.  The bus rear-ended the vehicle which caused that vehicle to hit another in front of it and that car hit the car in front of it.

Officers say that all vehicles sustained minor damage and no one was transported by ambulance from the scene.

The Plymouth Police Department and the Plymouth Fire Department and EMS all responded to the accident.
