A Bremen man is facing charges following a tip to Bremen police provided by the National Center from Missing and Exploited Children.
A Bremen Police Department report indicates that an investigation found that 47-year-old Randall Kirby allegedly produced and distributed child pornography.
Kirby was arrested on Friday, Jan. 10 on preliminary charges of child exploitation, voyeurism and possession of methamphetamine.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
