A traffic stop late Friday night in Marshall County resulted in the arrest of the driver on drug dealing charges.
A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department report indicates that 43-year-old Stephan Kozikowski, of Warsaw, was exceeding the speed limit in the area of U.S. 31 and 12th Road just before 11:30 p.m. on Friday. A traffic stop was conducted and during the investigation, officers allegedly found Kozikowski in possession of methamphetamine.
He was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of dealing in methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe. He has a cash bond of $50,005.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
