Search Warrant Issued at Creekside Mobile Home Park Results in Three Arrests

A child was reportedly removed from a home and three Plymouth residents were arrested following a recent operation conducted by the Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team (UNIT).

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department issued a release that states on Tuesday, December 3rd UNIT Officers conducted an operation in Lapaz, resulting in the issuance of a search warrant for a trailer located at the Creekside Mobile Home Park.

During the operation, officers apparently seized suspected marijuana and suspected methamphetamine along with suspected paraphernalia related to both substances.  

As stated above, police say one child was removed from the home and multiple arrests were made.

Tabitha Vician, William Swihart and Cliff Graham

As a result of what was apparently found during the search, 28-year-old Tabitha Vician was arrested for the Level 6 Felonies of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance as well as a Class B Misdemeanor of possession of marijuana.

Authorities report that 26-year-old William Swihart was also arrested for the Level 6 Felony of dealing in marijuana in addition to the Class A Misdemeanor of possession of marijuana.

Additionally, 28-year-old Cliff Graham was arrested for the Level 6 Felonies of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, the Class A Misdemeanor of dealing in marijuana and the Class B Misdemeanor of possession of marijuana.

All three were lodged at the Marshall County Jail. Swihart received a $1,500 cash bond, Vician was given a $3,000 cash bond and Graham got a $5,000 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is only an allegation that a crime has been committed and that all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
