Police: Plymouth Man Arrested for Operating While Intoxicated after Trying to Elude Officers

A Plymouth man is accused of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, after police say he initially refused to pull over for a traffic stop early Sunday morning. Plymouth Police say Jared M. Knapp, 25, briefly tried to elude police before eventually pulling over near the intersection of Angel and Charles streets.

Officers say they determined Knapp was operating a vehicle while intoxicated. It would be a felony offense because he had a prior OWI, according to the report. Knapp was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
