Plymouth Police Respond to Two Separate Theft Incidents

The Plymouth Police recently responded to two separate theft incidents that resulted in arrest.

According to authorities, around 10:50 a.m. on Thursday, December 12th Plymouth units were dispatched to Walmart regarding a theft. Before their arrival, the suspect reportedly left in a vehicle.

The vehicle was located in the area around JC Penney with the suspect, 29-year-old Lendell M. Davis from Oak Lawn, Illinois, inside the vehicle. Upon investigation, Davis was arrested and apparently faces charges of theft and possession of a stolen handgun.

A few days later on Saturday, December 14th, Plymouth Police arrested 18-year-old David A. Moynihan from Whiting for a reported theft from the Dollar General Store on Kingston Road.
