Plymouth Man Arrested Following Disturbance Call

A Plymouth man was arrested on Friday, Dec. 20 following an investigation into a disturbance call.

Plymouth police say they received a call just after 6 p.m. concerning a disturbance at a home in the 700 block of W. Washington Street.  An investigation found that 40-year-old Andrew Finch was allegedly intoxicated and reportedly battered a law enforcement officer.

Finch was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting law enforcement.  He has since bonded out of the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond. 

Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
