A Plymouth man was arrested Friday afternoon after an accident at Oak Drive and Pidco Drive.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, 19-year-old Phillip Milton was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle with a schedule I or schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana and driving while suspended. He has since posted a cash bond of $1,505.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
