Bremen School Board Accepts More than $1,500 of Donations

The Bremen School Board approved more than $1,500 in donations when members met Wednesday evening.

According to Bremen Superintendent Dr. Jim White, a contribution of $1,200 was provided from the Teachers’ Credit Union of Plymouth and it will be utilized to help with an incentive program.

He explained, “Our administrators are going to use that for gift certificates to help encourage positive behavior among the students so we really do appreciate TCU’s participation with that. They’re always good partners with us and a great company that’s really philanthropic so we can’t say enough great things about them.”

In addition to that donation, $500 was provided from the Kiwanas Club for the Robotics Program. Dr. White said it is primarily intended to help cover the cost of equipment but could be used for other expenses as well.
