Daylight Saving Time ends this Sunday at 2 a.m. local time. That means that the time will “fall back” one hour.
Before you go to bed tonight, make sure that all manual clocks are turned back one hour. Some digital devices may automatically change the time.
The time change is also a good reminder to check the batteries in smoke detectors. The Indiana Department of Homeland Security also encourages residents to change the batteries in smoke alarms when the time changes. Officials say it’s also good to test alarms once a month and replace alarms that are more than 10 years old.
