Plymouth Teen Faces Multiple Charges Following Incident in High School Parking Lot

An 18-year-old Plymouth resident is facing multiple charges following an incident that started in the PHS parking lot Tuesday morning.

Authorities report that shortly before 8 a.m. on November 5th, a Plymouth Police Officer attempted to stop a vehicle that was reportedly driving recklessly in the high school parking lot when the vehicle apparently refused to stop.

According to the police report, a short pursuit took place and upon conclusion, Darwin A. Pavon Martinez was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Police say he was charged with resisting law enforcement, possession of a false Govt. ID and operator never licensed.
