Officer David Finn reports that around 8:50 p.m. on November 23rd, police were dispatched to a domestic disturbance on Miller Drive. Authorities were alerted that the suspect left the initial establishment while police were en-route.

Finn said he located the suspect turning on Oak Drive from US 30 and attempted a traffic stop on the male, who was later identified as 37-year-old Orlando Alvarado.

Alvarado reportedly continued to drive before eventually stopping. After an investigation was completed, he was transported to the Marshall County Jail for resisting arrest with a motor vehicle.
